How student privacy works

  • Students join with a class code and a nickname they choose. There is no student account.
  • No student email, full name, photo, birthday or location is collected or stored.
  • A teacher sees a student's nickname and their reading activity for the class books.

A 30-minute lesson, ready to run

A generic structure that works with any title in the library. It is a suggestion, not a programme of study.

  1. 1 10 min

    Read together

Read the story aloud on the projector in classroom mode, or read it in pairs.

  2. 2 7 min

    Talk about the story

Use the discussion questions for the title, or ask: what did the character choose, and why?

  3. 3 10 min

    One worksheet

Hand out one worksheet that comes with the title, or the matching printable from the library.

  4. 4 3 min

    Share back

Two or three children say one thing they noticed. Nothing is marked or scored.

What the classroom gets

  • A class code your students use to join, and a roster of nicknames.
  • Any published title assigned to the class, with an optional due date and note.
  • A progress view: not started, in progress or finished, from real reading records.
  • Classroom mode on a projector: large text, illustration beside the story, arrow keys.
  • Each title's own guide and worksheets gathered in one panel.
