Maya notices things nobody else does. Alex loves numbers. Kai can build almost anything. And one afternoon in the school garden, Maya's shovel hits something hard in the dirt: a dusty digital tablet that lights up the moment she touches it, showing a magical treasure map — one made not of directions, but of riddles, puzzles, and mysterious clues, with every location locked behind a challenge. To find the treasure of Bright Stone, the three friends will need every one of their talents: Alex cracks the number patterns, Kai's homemade drone spots a hidden QR code on an oak tree, and when a clue declares that only combined talents can unlock the next step, Maya draws the blueprint, Alex writes the code, and Kai builds the gadget — from old batteries, wires, and cardboard — that pops open the glowing box at the end. A fun, modern STEM treasure hunt about teamwork and different kinds of smart.

4.5· 2 reviewsMy son is obsessed with maps right now and this was perfect. One small thing — I wish the puzzle at the end was a tiny bit harder. Still a wonderful read.
A gentle treasure hunt that kept my twins (age 6) on the edge of their seats without any scary moments. The map illustrations are a nice touch — we traced the route with our fingers.
